§ 10-81. Penalty.

Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this article shall be subject to the penalties provided by section 1-18, and shall also be subject to other penalties and remedies available to the city under the state building code. A violation of the code is a misdemeanor (Minn. Stats. § 326B.082, Subd. 16).
