§ 10-436. Inspection.

All work for which a permit is required by this article shall be subject to inspection by the building official or the deputy, who shall be permitted access for purposes of inspection at all reasonable times by the owner or occupant of the premises where the work is to be or is being done, and by the person doing the work.
