§ 12-24. Appeal to council.

The applicant may appeal from such denial by filing with the clerk a written appeal to the council. Such appeal shall be heard by the council within 30 days after it is filed. All interested parties shall be allowed to give testimony to the council. The council may affirm, revise or modify the denial. The council may impose conditions on the grant of any license as provided in section 12-22.
