§ 12-26. Occupational license; posting.

(a)

A license for the carrying on of a trade, occupation or business, if granted, shall be issued by the city, shall be serially numbered, and shall state the name and business address of the licensee, the nature of the trade, occupation or business licensed, the street address of the premises where such trade, occupation or business shall be conducted, and the expiration date of the license.

(b)

The license shall be posted on the licensed premises so that it can be read by members of the public.
