§ 12-40. Inspection.

Any officer or employee, or deputies thereof, empowered by section 1-19 to serve notices of violations may enter at all reasonable times upon any licensed premises, or premises where a licensed machine or vehicle is kept, to inspect such premises, machine or vehicle to determine compliance with this Code.
