§ 12-69. License registration.  


Latest version.
  • No person licensed by the state, or any state department or agency, to carry on any trade, occupation or business and who cannot by state law be licensed by the city, shall carry on such trade, occupation or business, within the city unless such person has a then-valid license issued by the state, or an appropriate state department or agency, and a then-valid registration of that license with the city. Such license registration shall be issued by the city, without cost, upon presentation of such license. This section shall not apply to any journeyman plumber who is employed only as such.
