§ 12-345. Execution of application.

  • All applications for any license under this article shall be signed and verified by oath of the applicant. If the application is that of a natural person, it shall be signed and verified by such person; if by a partnership, by all the partners; if by a corporation, by two of its officers; and if by an unincorporated association, by its manager or managing officer. Any falsification of information on any license application shall result in the denial of the license applied for, and shall constitute adequate grounds for the suspension or revocation of any license issued to the applicant.
