§ 12-465. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Commercial photography means all activities associated with the production of motion photography or still photography for which a fee is charged for the use, reproduction or showing of the product of the photography, including, but not limited to, motion pictures, commercials, advertisements, videos or other similar products.
