§ 12-516. Claim check.

When a motor vehicle is left for parking in a restricted access parking lot, the driver shall be furnished with a claim check on which shall be printed:
(1)

The full name of the operator, the address of the parking lot;

(2)

The license number under which the parking lot is operating; and

(3)

The date and time of issuance of the claim check.
