§ 18-133. Signature required.

Immediately after servicing of a fire extinguisher, the licensee shall affix a tag or decal to such fire extinguisher which contains a number, the name of the company providing the service, the name of the licensee, the date of service and the signature of the individual who serviced the fire extinguisher.
