§ 18-243. License required.

Latest version.

No person shall store for later sale, offer for sale, expose for sale, or sell at retail or wholesale any fireworks permitted for sale or use by Minn. Stats. §§ 624.20 through 624.25 without obtaining a license in accordance with this division. The provisions of article II of chapter 12 shall apply to all licenses required by this division and to holders of such licenses. The term of the license shall be April 1 to March 31.
