§ 20-40. Created; adoption of state statute by reference.

A community health board is continued pursuant to Minn. Stats. § 145A.09 et seq. It is to be composed of the members of the city council. The provisions of Minn. Stats. § 145A.001 et seq. are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Code by reference thereto.
