§ 20-73. Duties of city department of health.

Latest version.

The city department of health shall perform such duties as may be assigned to it by the community health board. The city department of health shall enforce all sections of this Code relating to health, sanitation and the control and prevention of communicable diseases. It also shall inspect sanitary conditions in the city and shall perform such other duties as may be required by this Code.
