§ 20-471. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Establishment plan means a to-scale drawing of the establishment's layout illustrating the requirements of this article.

Health department means the city health department, its designated employees or other designated agents.
