§ 20-524. Inspection required.

Latest version.

The health department shall inspect each body art establishment:
(1)

Before issuing a license for a new establishment;

(2)

As part of a construction or remodeling plan review;

(3)

As part of a complaint investigation; or

(4)

At least once a year for a routine inspection.
