§ 22-21. Loitering.

  • No person shall lurk, lie in wait, or be concealed in any house or other building, or in any yard, premises, street, avenue, park or parkway within the city, with intent to do any mischief, or to pilfer or to commit any crime or misdemeanor whatsoever.
