§ 22-302. Picketing of libraries, schools, hospitals and municipally owned buildings.

No person or persons shall picket in front of, or in, on or about any library, school, hospital or municipally owned building in the city in such a manner as to prevent, obstruct or interfere with full, free and uninterrupted ingress and egress to and from any such building.
