§ 22-219. Trapping prohibited.

Trapping within the city is prohibited, except that trapping may be done by the city, or may be done under its direction, or may be done by any other governmental agency or department with the written permission of the manager, or may be done by any person with a valid trapping license issued by the state and with the written permission of the manager. All permitted trapping shall be done in accordance with state law.
