§ 24-55. Permit limitations.

Permits issued pursuant to this article are valid only for the area of the right-of-way specified in the application and the permit and only for the dates so specified. No work shall be extended beyond the permitted area or dates without a new permit being procured therefore, provided the engineer may extend the completion date of the work in accordance with section 24-54(a).
