§ 24-192. Filing.

Latest version.

If a resolution of vacation is adopted, the clerk shall prepare a notice of completion of the vacation proceedings and shall file a copy with the county auditor and county recorder pursuant to Minn. Stats. § 412.851. A copy of the notice of completion shall also be sent to the utilities companies providing service to the city.
