§ 26-129. Unauthorized traffic signs and regulations; interference with signals.
(a)
Unauthorized person regulating traffic. No unauthorized person shall regulate or attempt to regulate traffic upon the highways.
(b)
Advertising. The use of red, green or amber lights on the highways for advertising or for signaling purposes, except as provided in this articles I through VI of this chapter, is prohibited.
