§ 26-167. Parking violations.

Whenever a parked motor vehicle is found without an operator and in violation of any parking restrictions of articles I through VI of this chapter, the enforcing officer shall enter on the traffic ticket the date and time, the license number of the vehicle and data as to the nature of the violation, and shall affix the ticket conspicuously to the vehicle.
