§ 26-313. Supplementary provisions.

The provisions of this article are supplementary to those in Minn. Stats. §§ 84.01 et seq., 169.011 et seq. and articles I through VI of this chapter. If any provisions of this article are inconsistent with the provisions of Minn. Stats. ch. 84 or the rules adopted thereunder, Minn. Stats. ch. 169 and articles I through VI of this chapter, then the provisions of Minn. Stats. ch. 84 or the rules adopted thereunder, Minn. Stats. ch. 169, and articles I through VI of this chapter shall control.
