§ 28-19. Established.

The city sanitary sewer and water system shall be operated as a public utility pursuant to Minn. Stats. § 444.075 from which revenues will be derived subject to the provisions of this article and state law. The sanitary sewer and water utility shall be part of the public works department and under the direction of the city engineer.
