§ 28-149. Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Waste Discharge Rules adopted by reference.

The Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Waste Discharge Rules, as adopted by the Minnesota Legislature pursuant to Minn. Stats. Section 473.501—473.549, including all of the amendments, rules and regulations established, adopted and published from time to time by the Minnesota Legislature are hereby adopted by reference. The Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Waste Discharge Rules is hereby incorporated in this division as if fully set out herein.
