§ 2-364. Change of name.

Latest version.

All references in all sections of this Code to the building construction appeals board or to the building construction codes commission shall mean and refer to the board of appeals created by the state building code, Minnesota Rules ch. 1300.0230, and called the construction board of appeals in this Code.
