§ 30-93. Where planted.

(a)

Ornamental grasses and ground covers. Ornamental grasses and groundcovers shall be planted only in a planned landscape area.

(b)

Native grasses and forbs. Native grasses and forbs shall be planted only in a planned landscape area or a restoration area.
