§ 32-5. Plat required.

(a)

Compliance in platting. Every subdivision, except as provided in section 32-6, shall be platted in full compliance with Minn. Stats. § 505.01 et seq., this chapter, chapter 36 and the comprehensive plan.

(b)

Parcels. The provisions of this chapter shall apply also to parcels taken from a parcel, tract or lot then existing of record by use of a metes and bounds description, and such subdivisions shall be platted in full compliance with Minn. Stats. § 505.01 et seq., this chapter, chapter 36 and the comprehensive plan.
