§ 32-229. Street maintenance.

  • Until a street in a plat or subdivision has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the city, and the engineer has certified as to such completion, the owner shall keep such street, if used for public travel, in safe condition for such use, at the owner's expense. The city shall not be chargeable with the cost of or the responsibility for the maintenance of such street until the completion of such street has been so certified.
