§ 36-339. Petitions and applications.

Each petition or application filed with or submitted to the city pursuant to this section shall not be deemed filed or submitted, and the city shall have no duty to process it, to act on it or respond to it, unless and until there is paid to the city the applicable fee for such petition or application, as then required by section 2-724. This section shall not apply to petitions or applications filed or submitted by the council, the commission or any city official in its official capacity.
