§ 36-369. Mailed notice.
Latest version.
Whenever this chapter requires or permits mailed notice to property owners, the failure to give mailed notice, or defects in the notice, shall not invalidate the proceedings, provided a good faith attempt to comply with the applicable notice requirements was made. Any appropriate records may be used by the person responsible for mailing the notice to determine names and addresses of owners.
