§ 36-465. Requirements for lot areas and dimensions.

The requirements for lot area and dimension in the Double Dwelling Unit District (R-2) are as follows:
(1)

Minimum lot area, per double dwelling unit building: 15,000 square feet.

(2)

Minimum lot width: 90 feet.
