    Legal description:

    Parcel 1:

    That part of Government Lot 8, Section 28, Township 117, Range 21, described as beginning at a point on the North line of said Government Lot 8 distant 155 feet East from the Northwest corner thereof; thence East along said North line 125 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said Government Lot 8 to the center line of Eden Avenue; thence Southwesterly along said center line to its intersection with a line drawn South and parallel with the West line of said Government Lot 8 from the point of beginning; thence North to the point of beginning.     Parcel 2:

    That part of Government Lot 8, Section 28, Township 117, Range 21, in Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Government Lot 8 distant 280 feet East, measured along said North line, from the Northwest corner thereof; thence East along said North line to the intersection with the Southerly extension of the centerline of Brookside Avenue, as shown on the plat of "Grand View Heights" on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence South along the Southerly extension of the centerline of said Brookside Avenue to the centerline of Eden Avenue (also known as Eden Prairie Road); thence Southwesterly along said centerline to its intersection with a line drawn South parallel with the West line of said Government Lot 8 from the point of beginning; thence North along said parallel line to the point of beginning.     Approved plans. Incorporated herein by reference are the re-development plans, including the master development plan for the site received by the city on October 19, 2017, except as amended by city council Resolution No. 2017-109 on file in the office of the planning department.

("owner"), dated November 8, 2017, for a period of 15 years after the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the residential building to be constructed by owner (or equal, including, temporary certificate of occupancy), ten percent of the rentable area of the apartment units shall be reserved for affordable housing for occupancy by residents whose income is equal to or less than 50 percent of the area median gross income (including adjustments for family size), for the Minneapolis-Saint Paul-Bloomington Metropolitan Statistical Area, as established and reported by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.
