§ 36-578. Requirements for building coverage, setbacks and height.

The following are the building coverage, setbacks and height requirements in the Planned Office District:

(1)

Maximum building coverage: 30 percent of the tract.

(2)

Maximum floor area ratio: 0.5 percent of the tract.

(3)

Setbacks shall be measured from the boundary of the tract:

Front Street	Side Street	Interior Side Yard	Rear Yard
35 feet*	35 feet*	20 feet*	20 feet*

 

*Or the building height, if greater.

(4)

Maximum building height.
