§ 36-617. Requirements for building coverage, setbacks and height.

  • (a)

    Maximum floor area ratio. Subject to the requirements of 36-617.

    PCD-1 1.0 of the tract
    PCD-2 1.5 of the tract
    PCD-3 (1) North of West 70th Street: 1.0 of the tract, provided that nonresidential uses may not exceed 0.75
    (2) South of West 70th Street: 0.5 of the tract
    PCD-4 0.3 of the tract

     

    (b)

    Setbacks. Subject to the requirements of section 36-617(1) and (2).
