§ 36-903. On-site water supply and sewage treatment systems.

  • Where public utilities are not provided:

    (1)

    On-site water supply systems must be designed to minimize or eliminate infiltration of floodwaters into the systems and are subject to the provisions in Minnesota Rules Chapter 4725.4350, as amended; and

    (2)

    New or replacement on-site sewage treatment systems must be designed to minimize or eliminate infiltration of floodwaters into the systems and discharges from the systems into floodwaters, they must not be subject to impairment or contamination during times of flooding, and are subject to the provisions in Minnesota Rules Chapter 7080.2270, as amended.
