§ 36-922. Recreational vehicles.

New recreational vehicle parks or campgrounds and expansions to existing recreational vehicle parks or campgrounds are prohibited in any floodplain district. Temporary storage of recreational vehicles in the floodplain must meet the exemption criteria below.

Criteria for exempt recreational vehicles:

a.

The vehicle must have a current license required for highway use.

b.

The vehicle must be highway ready, meaning on wheels or the internal jacking system, attached to the site only by quick disconnect type utilities.
