§ 36-1214. Maximum building heights.

  • The following maximum building heights are required within each of the following Height Overlay Districts:

    (1)

    HOD-1. Building height shall be determined by required setbacks, but shall not exceed one story or 20 feet, whichever is less.

    (2)

    HOD-2. Building height shall be determined by required setbacks, but shall not exceed two stories or 24 feet, whichever is less.

    (3)

    HOD-3. Building height shall be determined by required setbacks, but shall not exceed three stories or 36 feet, whichever is less.

    (4)

    HOD-4. Building height shall be determined by required setbacks, but shall not exceed four stories or 48 feet, whichever is less.

    (5)

    HOD-8. Building height shall be determined by required setbacks, but shall not exceed eight stories or 96 feet, whichever is less.

    (6)

    HOD-9. Building height shall be determined by required setbacks, but shall not exceed nine stories or 108 feet, whichever is less.

    (7)

    HOD-10. Building height shall be determined by required setbacks, but shall not exceed ten stories or 120 feet, whichever is less.

    (8)

    HOD-12. Building height shall be determined by required setbacks, but shall not exceed 12 stories or 144 feet, whichever is less.
