§ 6-61. Permit required.

No person exempt from licensing under Minn. Stats. § 349.166 shall operate, conduct, or sell bingo, raffles, paddlewheels, tipboards, pull-tabs or any other form of lawful gambling unless a permit shall have been procured therefore.
