§ 8-1. Breaking into pound or city vehicle.

No person except an officer duly authorized by law shall open or aid or assist in, counsel or advise, the opening of a pound or city vehicle used in the enforcement of this chapter, or take or let out or attempt to take or let out, any animal placed therein.
