§ 8-263. Off-premises of owner.

No dog shall be permitted to be off the premises of its owner unless it is restrained with a leash measuring ten feet or less in length; provided that this requirement shall not apply in any portion of an off-leash dog park as defined in section 24-1 which has been designated by the park director as an area where dogs are not required to be restrained by a leash.
