§ 8-300. Dangerous dog declared by police chief.

  • The police chief may declare a dangerous dog under Minn. Stats. ch. 347. Said declaration may be appealed to the city council for a public hearing. Dangerous dogs must be registered with the city and a registration fee must be paid as set forth in section 2-724, schedule A.
