§ 10-342. Maintenance at building site.

(a)

Public places. All streets, alleys, sidewalks or public places adjacent to any building or construction site shall be maintained free of soil or litter caused by erosion, landslides or general construction activities at such site.

(b)

Construction sites. All refuse generated by demolition or construction activities shall be promptly deposited and stored in dumpsters or containers for such purposes. Dumpsters and containers shall be periodically serviced to prevent refuse from blowing to other properties. Dumpsters and containers shall be removed within ten days of the cessation of work at the building site.
