§ 10-344. Cleanup required.

If a street, alley, sidewalk or other public place should become soiled or littered through any of the aforementioned means, the person responsible shall cause such soiling or littering to be cleaned up not later than the end of the working day in which such soiling or littering shall have occurred or been observed.
