§ 10-367. Registration required.

No person shall perform or receive a permit to perform mechanical work or gas piping work in any building in the city without having first registered with the city as provided in this article. No person shall perform any plumbing or water conditioning work in any building in the city without first registering with the city a state-issued license as provided in this article.
