§ 10-405. Certification.

Upon completion of any mechanical work for which a permit was required, the building official may require a certification by a mechanical engineer then currently licensed by the state, to the effect that all such work was done in full compliance with the state mechanical/fuel gas code and all other applicable provisions of this Code.
