§ 24-165. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

50th and France Commercial Area means the area within the city included within the plan prepared by the housing and redevelopment authority of the city, entitled "50th and France Commercial Area Plan," dated December 3, 1974.

Grandview Commercial Area means the area within the city included within the plan prepared by the housing and redevelopment authority of the city, entitled, "Grandview Area Redevelopment Plan," dated May 30, 1984.

Parking facility means city-owned lots, lanes, ramps and accessories on the surface, above ground and under ground.
